Refunds and Cancellations

Leasing to Buy, LLC provides digital products, online training, and coaching services. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Digital Products: Five-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within five calendar days of your purchase by emailing support@leasingtobuy.com. Include your name, purchase email address, and the product purchased.

Digital products are eligible for a refund only if you have not downloaded the forms, contracts, or spreadsheetsincluded with your purchase. These materials contain proprietary intellectual property and work product. Once downloaded, the purchase is nonrefundable, except where required by law.

You may review the video training and download the course manual during the five-day period without affecting your refund eligibility.

Requests received after the five-day refund period are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

Coaching: Five-Day Refund Policy

You may cancel your initial coaching enrollment and request a refund within five calendar days of purchase by emailing support@leasingtobuy.com.

A timely cancellation under this initial five-day policy also cancels any associated recurring monthly coaching subscription without requiring 30 days’ notice.

After the initial five-day period, coaching enrollment payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. The five-day refund window does not restart with each monthly payment.

Recurring Monthly Coaching: Cancellation Notice

After the initial five-day refund period, recurring monthly coaching requires 30 calendar days’ written notice to cancel. Email your cancellation request to support@leasingtobuy.com, using the email address associated with your coaching account.

Cancellation takes effect 30 calendar days after we receive your notice. Any regularly scheduled payments falling within that notice period remain due. No further recurring payments will be charged after the cancellation takes effect.

Monthly payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated, except where required by law. Coaching access remains available through the end of the paid service period.

We will confirm your cancellation and any remaining scheduled payment by email.

Refund Processing and Access

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We typically process approved refunds within two to three business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Access to refunded products, course materials, and coaching services will be revoked when the refund is approved. You must stop using and delete any materials associated with the refunded purchase.
