The few days I spent with John Jackson revolutionized my investing business. I was really impressed with John's business systems, processes, and most importantly, his ethics. Most lease option investors and gurus who do lease options don't really care if their tenant-buyers actually buy the house. They advertise 'We ignore credit! No Credit Qualifying! etc.'. Then they take their money, put them in the house, walk away, and wish them the best. To be honest, that is the way I used to do this business.
